2. Description of Service

GetMeRight is an AI-powered ATS resume optimizer. The service allows users to paste their resume and a job description to receive an ATS match score, keyword analysis, and improvement suggestions.

The free tier provides 4 resume scans with no account required. The Pro tier provides unlimited scans and additional features for a one-time payment of $19 USD.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use GetMeRight only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to submit false or misleading information

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the service

• Use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service

GetMeRight is intended to assist with resume optimisation. You are responsible for ensuring that any resume you submit is your own and that the information in it is accurate.

4. Pro Access and Payments

Pro access is available for a one-time payment of $19 USD, processed securely through Stripe. This grants you lifetime access to unlimited scans and Pro features.

Pro access is stored in your browser's localStorage and is tied to your device and browser. GetMeRight is not responsible for loss of access due to clearing browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices. To restore access, visit getmeright.io/success after your purchase.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

GetMeRight uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate resume analysis and suggestions. The output is AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will result in job interviews or employment. Resume optimization is one factor among many in the job search process.

Always review AI-generated content before using it. Ensure that any suggested changes accurately reflect your real experience and qualifications.

6. Intellectual Property

The GetMeRight name, logo, and all content on this website are owned by GetMeRight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any resume content you submit. By using the service, you grant GetMeRight a temporary licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetMeRight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will be accurate or reliable.

We are not responsible for any employment decisions made by you or any third party based on the output of our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMeRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access, if any.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
